If you’re looking for cold plunge therapy in Bradford, sauna access, steam room sessions, or structured contrast therapy, SP REVIVE delivers a controlled, premium environment inside Strength Pro Gym.

This is not open access. All sessions are structured, capacity-controlled and bookable in advance.

All spa sessions must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are not permitted.

  • Book a 60-minute session before attending
  • Gym + SP REVIVE memberships can be upgraded at reception
  • Upgrade must be completed in-house before your first spa session

Yes. Our plunge pools operate with a continuous circulation and filtration system that constantly cleans the water throughout the day.

Yes, similar to a swimming pool or spa facility. However, the water is continuously filtered and sanitised to maintain safe hygiene standards for all guests.

We use sanitising tablets alongside the filtration system to maintain safe water conditions and eliminate bacteria, ensuring the water remains clean and safe to use.

Yes. Our team regularly checks and maintains water quality to ensure the plunges remain clean, safe and refreshing for every session.

Yes. We ask all guests to rinse off before entering the plunge pools. This helps maintain water quality and keeps the experience hygienic for everyone.

Our cold plunges are maintained between 5–8°C, which is the optimal range used in many recovery and performance facilities to support circulation, reduce inflammation and aid recovery.
